What we process to reply

When you talk or type in the app, that voice or chat is sent to our servers so we can send a reply back. We use that to provide the assistant you asked for — not to build a marketing profile.

Accounts you connect

Gmail, Calendar, Spotify and similar services: you sign in as yourself. We store the sign-in tokens for that connection on our servers, tied to your device, so the app can act as you. You can Disconnect in the app; that removes those tokens for that account on that device.

What stays on the iPhone

On-device memory, notes, contacts and reminders stay on the iPhone. We do not keep a stored copy of your address book, notepad, reminders or memory as an account on our servers.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not trade it. We do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep things

Connected-account tokens stay until you Disconnect, or until they expire and cannot be refreshed. We do not keep a permanent transcript archive for you to browse later.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@surveyagent.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
